PROPERTY MANAGERS
Whether you have 3 properties or 30 properties, every house is important to us. We service your properties as if they are own our; keeping you informed of any issues or concerns that we may find whilst ensuring that the yard is drop dead gorgeous for any visiting guests or owners.
Attention to detail and a pro-active attitude helps to ensure that we become part of your team, working with you to keep your client delighted.
COMMUNITIES & HOAs
We have at RPM highlands proven experience and skill in managing community/HOA contracts.
Every community or HOA's needs are unique and individual, so we work closely with the management team, board members and onsite contacts to ensure that those needs are fulfilled.
Regular updates, board meeting attendances and onsite clinics for the residents of those communities, are just 3 of the many initiatives offered by RPM Highlands.
Services available which include but not limited to; General weekly lawn care, hedge & shrub trimming, Edge it, finishing/detailing on flower beds and yards, plant/hedge fertilization, lawn fertilization, palm trimming, tree trimming, tree crown reductions & thinning, tree removal*, Sod installation, mulch & stone works, landscaping, plant supply & installation. Home Watch and property management/guest services, cleaning and more!
