Bi-weekly service during the summer season and monthly in the winter, we will spend time on the finer details of your yard. Hand weeding the beds, dead heading plants, thinning planting, fertilizing the plants, all the little things that you might not have time for but help make your yard look fantastic all year round.

*Service prices are based on a 12 month contract period, the monthly rate is fixed for that period. Invoices are issued on the 1st of each month for that month's service and payment is due by the 15th of each month to ensure services are not disrupted. Prices based on a typical lot/property and can vary depending on size, detailing required, specific client finishing requests and if a clean up and/or additional time required to get the yard to the starting standard. (property not edged for 3+ weeks or overgrown flower beds may result in an additional clean up fee on the initial visit). In all instances a visit to the property will be required to confirm monthly pricing.
