So 1 month in and despite some 'interesting' challenges we are delighted to be here and delighted with the clients we have.
We have issued our new online mobile Quality Check software which means that we can now visit our clients and ensure that the service being provided by our team is of the highest standard. The Quality check is available to the techs and us in the field and is designed in a way that we can immediately issue the report to our clients.
Talk about progress - now our clients can get a report in real time and even get pictures or a video of their property and any issues raised follwoing the Quality check.
The next project is integrating it with our custom software so that our clients can access their account online and keep track of all that is going on with their service.
