1 month anniversary
So 1 month in and despite some 'interesting' challenges we are delighted to be here and delighted with the clients we have. We have issued our new online mobile Quality Check software which means that we can now visit our clients and ensure that the service being provided by our team is of the highest standard. The Quality check is available to the techs and us in the field and is designed in a way that we can immediately issue the report to our clients. Talk about progress
Spending those dollars!
With every new challenge comes the investment and 2 weeks into our story we find that we need to spend more dollars! We have invested in new equipment for the team already, replaced under performing equipment and supplied the team with new uniforms.
